Any information, descriptions or images we provide about our goods and services are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase these goods and services at your own risk. 

 

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on this site:

When you provide us with your payment details, you are confirming that you have authorised the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you are confirming that you authorise us to charge the amount due to that payment instrument.

If we believe that your payment has breached any law or any of our terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction. 

 

Services

Services will be invoiced in full when the service is ordered or when it is performed.

 

Transport and delivery

When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and acknowledge to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to change, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Reimbursement

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements: 

 

1.     the object is broken

2.     the object does not meet the user's expectations

 

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of receiving your goods and services. 

 

Refunds do not apply to the following products/services: 

 

1.     Items sold with a discount

 

Refunds or cancellations of services

 

·     If you cancel due to a COVID-19 problem:

If at any time you are unable to start or complete a course due to COVID-related issues, we will provide you with a credit for the course that you can use within the next 12 months.

 

·     Medical and consulting services purchased through our website will be refunded if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the service being performed. Specific clauses may be included in the contract signed between SIRIUSMEDx and the client, which take precedence over this policy.

·     SIRIUSMEDx reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not met. If SIRIUSMEDx cancels a course due to insufficient participants, SIRIUSMEDx will refund the full amount of the course or transfer it to another available date.

 

·     If you cancel a course 30 days or more before the start of the course, the full amount of the course will be refunded.

·     If you cancel a course between 15 and 29 days before the start of the course, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. You can also benefit from a credit for the registration to another course valid for 12 months in addition to paying an administrative fee of $25.00.

 

·     If you cancel a course less than 14 days before the start of the course, no refund will be issued. However, you can get a credit for registering for another course and pay an administrative fee of $45.00.

Limitation of liability

Sirius WIlderness Medicine Inc. or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. Nevertheless, Sirius Wilderness Medicine Inc. and its employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site. 

 

Indemnity

As a user, you hereby indemnify Sirius Wilderness Medicine Inc. from and against any and all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set forth herein. 

 

Applicable laws

This document is subject to the applicable laws of Canada and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations. For EU residents, the GDPR is the applicable law governing this document. In the event of any inconsistency between any provision of this document and the GDPR, the rules of the GDPR shall prevail. 

 

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in this document are determined to be inconsistent with or invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be deemed void and shall be removed from this document. All other provisions shall not be affected by such laws and the remainder of this document shall continue to be considered valid. 

 

Changes

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our site and the way we expect users to behave on our site. We recommend that our users check these terms and conditions from time to time to ensure that they are aware of any updates. If necessary, we will notify users by e-mail of changes to these terms and conditions or post a notice on our site.
